If I could give zero stars, I would. I called to make an appointment and the woman told me they had an appointment for that day at 2 or I would have to wait two weeks. I agreed to take the two oclock and gave her all my information, phone number, insurance, everything. She told me she would run my insurance and call me back if there was a problem. No one ever called. I work 45 minutes away from where I live. I left work two hours early, rushed across town, and into the office. When I got there a woman who sounded suspiciously like the one I talked to on the phone repeatedly claimed that she didn’t know who made the appointment but they forgot to write down my number so they couldn’t call me to tell me they didn’t take my insurance. This place was suggested to me by two friends and both of them are finding new dentists after this.

My visit with Donald Black was first class. I highly recommend him as your dentist if you are looking for one. He is meticulous and has completed excellent check ups over the past four years. Recently I needed a filling and he did a great job. He is honest and comes highly recommended. Thank you
