  I cannot comment on the actual expertise of their services sadly because I waited for 30+ minutes (the only client waiting I may add) while multiple stylist either chatted or were on their cell phones. Eventually, after not being greeted or told that someone would be with me shortly, I finally left after my wait. This was on a Sunday when there was not much business. Definitely wont be trying their services for hair when they have failed at even the most basic customer service.
