  Walked in and asked if they did eyebrow threading. Got a long winded answer from the owner who basically made me feel like an idiot for not making an appointment. There was one client in the salon she was helping and I understand she couldn't step away at that exact moment, but she did not have to make me feel stupid for even walking in. I normally go to a different place but didn't feel like driving there so I decided to give this place a shot considering it's closer to my house. A simple "yes, we do threading here. It may be a little bit of a wait but I would be more than happy to help you!" Would have sufficed as an answer. Just based on the way she answered me in her condescending tone is why I won't ever go back. Incredibly rude.
